Many players got cityville loading bar stuck at 93% and error #28 after they upgrade the television tower to level 2 and 3.
cityville team already noted this issue as known issue and fixed it

A fix for this issue is in the process of being rolled out. Many of you may already be able to get back into the game. If you are still not able to, please try clearing your cache and try again in a couple minutes. If you are still not able to get back in after that, please let us know.

• Gifts accepted not showing up in inventory
• Accepting neighbors not being registered
• Loading Bar stuck at 93% or 94%

nothing happened when i access my cityville, still error #28 and stuck 94%.
i think after 4 day waiting and not had respond, i will remove zynga forever

ive been having this problem of not receiving zoning permits and energy sent as gifts for over a week now , its getting quite frustrating playing a game that doesn’t let me get further. ive cleared all my cache and cookies but still not working out of over 100 zoning permits i received 15 not good zynga

13 days without bar neighbours, when thw game loads, there´s a tag : we lost connection to the server, please refresh… and then : attempting to connect to the server…. don´t close your browser. When my city loads, all my visitors are gone, my neighbours grade is empty. I can´t receive any help, can´t visit anybody. I emailed zynga, they told me to empty the cache… OMG ! of course I already did it, I chequed y flash player, tried to play using several different computers and configs, it´s always the same. I ´ve tried to use Explorer and Firefox… nothing changes.
Many friends of mine have the same problem all around the world. It´s bad, frustrating, and they don´t say anything. Please, ZYNGA , SOLVE THIS PROBLEM NOW ! ! ! !
my cityville is stopped at 94% and appiar error 5
I am not able to complete the car goal 2. I have completed the task of collection from gas station and also the driving card and I have 4 of 5 jacks, but everytime i collect the 5th jack it tells the task completed and error comes and i loose DMV from inventory and jacks again reduce to 4. This has happened almost 50+ times. please help

Before this all took place I could not get add neighbors, or build buidng it as well said I did not have enough coin! and I did

For two days now the game is stuck at 80-91% with several different error messages from 2015-2090. Their forums really don’t help , cs don’t help, but seems this has been happening to others for a long time. How long does it take for them to figure out the issue and fix it.. Sometime the inbox opens, and I have requests and gifts accept them hoping this will now be the time to going back to a stuck loading screen. As of today the buddy building at the top of the inbox has now disappeared. So no resolution and have done everything that has been recommended in their fix guides. Nothing. I am able to open other Zynga games without issue – seems only to have problem with Cityville. Did anyone ever get a response from them or did it just fix itself?
