- Complete St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and increase population max by 3100 : Help St. Jude in finding cures and saving children
- Support St. Jude : Buy and place any 4 St. Jude Buildings or Decorations

- Collect from the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital : St. Jude discoveries save children in communities everywhere.
- Upgrade the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital : St. Jude helped push the survival rate of childhood cancer to 80%
