Release Notes for cityville updates 3/9/11

Hello Citizens, Please see the following list of enhancements and upgrades.

Additions/Improvements
- Added new content for St Patrick’s day; including new quests, decorations, crops and buildings.
- In order to provide everyone with a better gaming experience energy batteries (whether gifted or purchased) cannot be used if the energy bar is at max or higher (when the energy bar is above max the numbers are green). Energy drops during gameplay (lighting bolts) will still be added to the energy bar.
- In order to improve game balance and the overall gaming experience the following inventory changes have been implemented:
